During my stay, I enjoyed the easy access to Bath Abbey and the beautiful Victoria Art Gallery, both just a short walk away, making my strolls around the city a delight. the friendly staff also made my experience even better with their genuine hospitality.

The Royal Hotel boasts charming classic decor, making for a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, especially with the easy access to various city attractions.

Improve water temperature consistency in bathrooms.

Unique historical decor creates a fascinating atmosphere throughout the hotel, making the experience memorable. Proximity to the railway and bus stations ensures easy access to explore the city without hassle.

The room left a lot to be desired—sized smaller and felt older than the images online suggested. A dirty carpet and creaking floors offered a less than comforting experience, and the lack of soundproofing allowed conversations from neighbors to intrude on our peace. Shower temperature inconsistencies made dealing with hot water a bit of an adventure, and the bathroom could also use a touch-up.

our stay at royal was quite pleasant! the staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us out with complimentary teas when we couldn't access our room due to a leak. the location was ideal, close to endless amenities and just a stone's throw from the city center. we also enjoyed a lovely visit to the thermae spa's rooftop pool with its warm natural thermal waters.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, the breakfast was real good. I felt like royalty when I was enjoying their wonderful English Grill, just cooked to perfection.
